.::Dubbance::. Linareo (line-air-EE-oh)
.::Hue::. Black
.::Bloodline::. Percheron
.::Gender::. Stallion
.::Summers::. 6
.::Persona::. Lineareo is really anything but the "typical" light stallion. Unlike most, he refuses to hand out his lead fae's position like it's yesterday's news. The first fae is not guaranteed the position; rather, it's the one who he believes would do best in that spot.
For another thing, he takes in neutrals, so long as they're not dark-neutral.
He loves foals ((but isn't one to, erm, RUSH into having them... lol)) and he dreams of having a large herd. Not so large that he wouldn't know if a mare was his or not... He just dreams of having a big family.
Another thing he's choosy about other than his lead fae is his heir. Birthright has no say in anything - and shouldn't, either, where he's concerned. As with his lead fae, he believes that a good heir is a good heir, no matter who their parents are. Of course, he'd LIKE it if his heir was from him and his lead fae, but if it's not, that's fine.
A strange trait of his is that he has a particular liking for foxes...
.::Past::. Plague struck his herd when he was one year old. It was life-taking, but to all those under three, or so it seemed, it caused havoc. Going blind or deaf and weakness of the bones were common side-effects of the real damage: Extreme memory loss. At a young age, his parents totally forgot he was their son. It was particularly heartbreaking because they had been rather old, and he had been their first child. They had loved him half to death, and then... They forgot who he was. They forgot who their herd was and why they lived there. They even forgot who each other were. Many practically killed themselves because they forgot how dangerous wolves, foxes, and other predators were. They leaped into the claws of death with open arms, never realizing what a fatal decision it was.
Many predators found their large herd easy prey and stayed there for long periods of time. There was only one reason Lineareo is alive and well today. Not all predators took the lives of those equines. One fox family, a mother and a father, took him in from pity. They raised him until he was three and a half years old. (Thankfully for him, they never introduced him to meat or to meat's smell - they ate their food when and where they found it.) Also, they didn't try and conceal his heart-wrenching past. Their policy was that knowing the worst was better than knowing nothing and imagining the best.

.::Writing::. *points to Starlight's example* Is that okay, or do you want another example?
