.::Persona::. Starlight is an unusually quiet equine, and rarely says anything for the fear of saying too much. Many stags have sought after her in other lands due to how "easy" they thought she'd be to get; after all, most heartbroken fae's are. How wrong they were... Unlike most, heartbreak makes it only that much harder for her to find and trust a stag.
She needs love more than ever now, after being tricked and scandled by so many. Maybe she'll take the first stag who comes along; hey, it's a possibility. But acceptance to a herd doesn't mean trust. There is only one REAL way to know when she REALLY trusts someone: When she speaks to them of her parents, her family, and of her original herd.
.::Past::. No one alive (or at least, anyone who would care enough to speak of her) knows; there has yet to be anyone she considers trustworthy enough to tell. Because of this, with all these huge secrets kept within her since she was six months old, she usually keeps her mouth shut. Either she's ashamed of it, hiding something, or fear of something that makes her not speak. Perhaps no one except for secret heart will ever know.
.::Alliance::.Light Dark
.::Writing::. (This is not of her, it's of a lion charrie I have on another site - is that okay? If not, I'll change it ^^ It might be kind of hard to understand w/o seeing the plot and her past, but still... lol)

Large paws slipped through the Lionclan Kingdom, carrying a lioness above them. Their soft pads beneath them cushioned her weight, silencing any noise that would have been made without them. A slight drizzle began to fall, increasing the already-enormous level of water and mud. She did not mind. Mud, dirt, water... None of it had ever bothered her. Water was the liquid of life; dirt hid paw prints (or usually did); mud hid scent. None of it was bad, though it did get slightly annoying after a while.
Judging by the sky,
There will soon be
Nowhere else to hide.
So survive it
We must...
Or perish
In our lust.
There is no
Escaping it,
The truth that
Will soon be alive...
Water will rise,
With a tide that will
Soon arrive.
Ready or not,
Here it comes...
She murmured, all in her soft, lilting tone that made it sound like she was teasing, even as the rain picked up. The water flew down in such currents, not even thunder could have been heard over it, nor could heaven have been seen through it. Still, she walked. Within a few hours, it slowed, and paused. The rain gave the world a short while to embrace the sun, and prepare itself for the next onslaught. And still, she walked. Where to... Well, there wasn't a destination. She wanted someone to come.
Laolen, where
Art thou?
Why do you
Punish us so?
She asked, using her same lilting tone as before. As she spoke, she faced the sky, Warning 3ing her head. She searched the dark-bottomed clouds, as though expecting an answer from them. Or from someone "up there".
Isn't drought so much worse?
Is this actual revenge
Or do seek to praise us
For some job well done?
I do not mind rain.
And from your training,
I know that you did not
Either.
But you must understand,
She continued speaking, though no one was around to hear her.
Not all are as
Versatile and accepting
To the way things are
As we are.
Some are more picky-
Heavens forbid mud should
Tarnish their tanned fur!
Bleh.
Continue your reward,
Your punishment,
As you will.
I have nothing against it.
And then again,
Even if I did have a thing
Against it,
What could I do?
She questioned, still facing the sky. Some would think her insane. Perhaps she was. Or, well, no. She wasn't. After being on your own for several years - and, as she thought, being surrounded by blood-thirsty tigers - could really take a toll on your normality.
But then again...
What is normality,
And why would anyone ever want such a crazy thing?
